Andrea and Mark’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island

I had the honor of capturing Andrea and Mark’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island. The day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

The couple met at a concert, which was arranged by a mutual friend. It was a chance encounter that turned into a beautiful love story. Mark, being a mortgage lender, helped Andrea purchase her home, which marked the beginning of their friendship. They eventually started dating and decided to tie the knot in an AMAZING wedding!!

Since Andrea and Mark were coming from out of town, I didn’t get to meet them before their big day. I remember walking into the suite at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, and the first thing that struck me was how stunning Andrea was. She was getting ready for her hair done and as soon as I saw her, I was awestruck. She looked like a model straight out of a Vogue magazine. BTW, I know she’s rolling her eyes while reading this right now…ha!!!

You never know with Florida weather, but the weather was perfect. But, in order to capture some beautiful shots on the beach, I asked them to give me a few minutes at dinner to get the best lighting during sunset, and the result was nothing short of breathtaking. The golden hour light was perfect for creating a warm, romantic ambiance, and it perfectly complemented the couple’s love for each other.

All of the guests came from out of town to celebrate the occasion, and the reception was a big party with a never-ending dance floor. Everyone was dancing and having a ball. As the night progressed, guests worked up an appetite, and the couple arranged for some delicious Chick-fil-A sandwiches to end the night on a delicious note.

Overall, Andrea and Mark’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island was a beautiful celebration of love and laughter.
