I have two words for you: Rooftop Wedding. Need I say more?

Seriously, Tracy and Mark’s White Room rooftop wedding was the best thing ever and SO romantic! Just check out some of those portraits with all that gorgeous blue sky! The rooftop at the White Room made the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and the reception.

The Love Story

These two met briefly during their high school days through Tracy’s cousin. It wasn’t until 2020 that they would reunite and sparks would fly! Tracy recognized Mark’s name on good ol’ Facebook (where would romance be without FB?) and friend-requested him. After some cheeky banter back and forth (possibly mixed with a few dad jokes, LOL) Mark asked Tracy out on a date to the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. Like the true gentleman he is, Mark picked her up in his white truck with flowers in hand. Awww! No wonder the rest is history!

The White Room Rooftop Wedding

Usually, I get a chance to meet the bride and groom before the wedding day–but not this time! Tracy and I spoke a bunch before her big day to make sure it was going to be perfect, but we’d never actually met in person. I am a huge people person though and I’ve never met a stranger! I felt like family the minute I walked through the door!

Tracy and Mark’s White Room rooftop wedding was on a Monday. The beauty of that was that St. Augustine wasn’t nearly as busy as it is on the weekends. So we really had free rein around the White Room and at the fort without so many people photobombing our wedding pictures! Plus, the weather was absolutely perfect.

The really perfect thing though, was how well Tracy and Mark’s families got along. You’d think they’d always been together! They truly were one unit and it made my heart happy! Everyone had a blast, and even though the majority of folks were from out of town and it was a Monday night, everyone stayed for the entire reception to party and dance like it was the weekend! No, seriously, ERRRRBODY was gettin’ down! It was AMAZING!!
