Emily and Evan’s Ribault Club wedding was an absolute blast from start to finish! I first met these two when I did their engagement session a few months ago–which is also where I found out what HUGE Jacksonville Jaguars fans they are! Actually, they are Jacksonville fans in general. So much so that they decided to have their wedding on September 4..9/04.. (for those not from here, 904 is the Jacksonville area code)! Talk about Never missing an anniversary! Obviously, their engagement session was in downtown Jacksonville. Where else would it be?

These two lovebirds are the sweetest, most amazing people–I loved being their wedding photographer! They have known each other for pretty much ever: they met in middle school, became best friends…and you know what that leads to! Their wedding was as perfect as their love story. I have to give a shout out to Evan because he was really up for anything with pictures. A lot of times guys hate doing photos, but Evan was all about it and it made both their engagement session and wedding photoshoot the bomb.com.

The Ribault Club is one of my favorite wedding venues in Jacksonville.. It is absolutely beautiful. I’ve shot several weddings here and it never fails to deliver. A beautiful historic building, lush grass and trees, a waterfront view–it doesn’t get much better! On the day/evening of Emily and Evan’s Ribault Club wedding, even the sky was incredible. A gorgeous sunset and the most amazing clouds. It was like Mother Nature giving us the perfect backdrop.

After the ceremony, the party really got started! The band, Who Rescued Who, was fantastic and the dance floor was rockin’ the entire night….Not that you could ever tell from the pictures, lol! Everyone, I mean EVERYONE had a blast. You could really feel the love with all the wedding guests and both families, and it was just the best day ever.

Emily and Evan, thank you for trusting me to document your perfect Ribault Club Wedding. I absolutely adore you and I’m so glad you’re stuck with me for LIFE!
