One of my favorite things to ask a bride and groom is how they met. Stefani and Victor’s story did not disappoint! They actually met on the beach when he grabbed her hand while she was walking. A bold move boo… Normally she ignores it but she there was something about Victor that made her decide to give him the time of day. Lucky for him! It’s a good thing she did because here they are a few years in and a happy blended family ! That’s even after Victor said he wasn’t the “marrying kind”. HA! Poor guy didn’t realize that all guys are the marrying kind when the right woman comes along.

Their wedding at Winterbourne Inn was beautiful. It’s a gorgeous wedding venue with multiple locations across the property but they chose to get married on the lawns of the historic home along the waterfront. Stefani’s dad walked her down the aisle to Victor who was clearly tearing up, even after already seeing his bride during their first look.

PSA: Brides are sometimes worried about doing a first look because they’re worried their grooms wont get as emotional when they walk down the aisle. That is rarely the case! Most of the time it’s just as sweet! and SOOO much more intimate!

They were absolutely gorgeous! I called them my model couple, because just look at them! Afterwards, their reception at Town Hall Event Center was so much fun. Stefani and Victor entered their reception and went directly into their first dance were a few eyes got misty. But when Stefani and her dad had their father-daughter dance, momma and a few others became completely emotional and it was so sweet.

It was a perfect day for a perfect couple. I’m SO lucky I was the one to document it!
