I’m all about traveling for weddings! When I initially got the inquiry about an engagement session in Jacksonville and a Hollywood Beach wedding, I was like ummmm YES! I fell in love with Erin and Kevin at their engagement session. But I might love Erin’s mom, Donna even more. Even before their wedding day I dubbed her momma Donna and she adopted me as one of her own. She was so phenomenal all through the day. Erin and Kevin’s Hollywood Beach Wedding was absolutely stunning the whole way through. It started with a beautiful venue, at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. You guys, if you have never seen it, it’s ah-mazing. It sits in one of those quintessential Florida beach towns and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are gorgeous and made for great getting ready photos. But oh my gosh the ceremony and reception areas! Who wouldn’t want to get married with those views?

Erin and Kevin opted for a late afternoon ceremony on the patio overlooking the ocean which was beautiful. The only downside was that a 4:30pm ceremony and a 5:30pm Sunset meant we were racing the clock! Being the drill sergeant that I am, I hustled everyone after the ceremony to get all of the bridal party and family photos before whisking the bride and groom down to the beach and taking some of the most stunning bridal portraits. I mean, seriously these sunset pictures were just stupid gorgeous. The lighting was crazy beautiful, the clouds and colors were amazing, it all came together for some of my favorite photos of this wedding season. Although Erin and Kevin are so beautiful I think even a bad sunset would have been amazing.

After the portraits, Erin and Kevin shared dinner, dances, and cake before the party really got lit. Little did I know that the guests at this wedding were ready to party like they were in Margaritaville. Everyone was ready to get down and the dance floor was packed all night long (of course I was dancing too!). Everyone had an amazing time and the bride and groom partied all night long!
