Jonathan and Mark will go down as one of the funnest couples ever, so hilarious and so sweet too. At the time they met, Jonathan was living in Michigan and Mark was living in Tampa. As fate would have it, Mark was roommates with one of Jonathan’s best friends Andrew in Tampa. At the Gay Softball World Series, Jonathan decided to head to Chicago to meet up with them and that’s where he met Mark! There are about a million puns in that meet-cute story including “They really hit it off. The weekend was a home run.” But I’ll avoid saying those to use a good ole’ fashion cliche instead, the rest was history!

Mark was clearly able to lure Jonathan away from freezing cold winters and the two decided to host their Tampa Wedding at the super cool, hip restaurant, Ulele. Located along the Hillsborough River in Tampa Heights. The restaurant and brewery is the perfect place to host a wedding in Tampa. It has a huge lawn along the river and so many great locations for photo opportunities. The outdoor patio makes for a gorgeous reception location too. The only catch? Me shooing highschooler’s out of the way during the ceremony to keep them out of the backdrop the entire time – but we managed!

Jonathan and Mark we so sweet the entire day. Their ceremony exit was perfect. So were their formal photos. We literally laughed the entire time! But, let’s talk about their wedding party. I’m partial because one of the gorgeous ladies, Justine is one of my 2018 brides, so I already assumed the rest would be the bomb.com…Jonathan and Mark also might have coined by favorite new term for bridesmaids and groomsmen: “groomsmaids,” which is what they called their fabulous wedding party. The entire wedding was gorgeous, and then the grooms hopped on a flight to Venice for the honeymoon. It was perfect!

I can’t say enough about how much fun this Tampa Wedding was. I am so thankful that Justine forced Jonathan to choose me to document this amazing day! Thank you both so much!
