I can’t tell you how many amazing senior sessions I’ve had this year from girls visiting St. Augustine while on vacation. More and more I’ve met students like Lexie who want to turn their senior photo session into a glamorous experience with destination senior photography. I think that’s one of the biggest reasons my Platinum Senior Package is so wildly popular. It takes what would be just an ordinary photography session and makes it something extra special with hair, makeup, and lunch. Plus six hours of shooting time, unlimited outfit changes and a sunrise session the following morning.
Lexie was on vacation from Iowa, visiting a sibling that goes to school at Flagler College here in St. Augustine. She was also checking out potential schools like Flagler, USF, and Florida State. So it was the perfect time to have her Senior photos done. We were experiencing a sunny break in what had been days of fighting storms and it was shaping up to be the perfect day. I met up with Lexie and her sweet mama at Luna Azul where Wendy and Coral worked on her hair. Then she had makeup done by Kaitlin at Makeup Boss. I swear, she looks like a model and not a high school senior. I don’t know how I’ve been so blessed with gorgeous seniors this year!
With six hours of shooting time in the platinum senior photography package, we had plenty of time to hit up some of my favorite locations for senior portraits including the J & S Carousel at Davenport Park. It was so fun and whimsical. Then we walked the streets of St. Augustine and grounds of Flagler College stopping for photos along the way before making our stop at the marina. Lexie’s whole family is into sailing so of course we had to incorporate it. Seriously, she slayed that portion of her photoshoot. Well, she slayed EVERY portion of her photoshoot!
We met up the next morning at the St. Augustine pier where Lexie chose to do glamorous sunrise senior photos in the most stunning blue dress I’ve ever seen. The photos turned out absolutely gorgeous.

As we were planning for Lexie’s senior pictures, we knew that we wanted to have them done in our favorite little coastal town, St. Augustine. Being from out of state, we went online and started looking at photographers in the area. I was so impressed with Sarah’s website and all the beautiful pictures that she had taken. So, I picked up the phone and called her. From the moment I first visited with Sarah on the phone, I knew we were going to love her! She has such a nice selection of photo packages to choose from, but we felt the Platinum Package was the best for us. The day of pictures, Lexie absolutely loved having her hair and makeup professionally done, which is included in this package. With unlimited outfit changes and locations, we were able to go to all our favorite spots in St. Augustine. It was such a fun day and Sarah took some amazing photos. The next morning we met for a beautiful sunrise shoot at the St. Augustine Pier. The photos she took were absolutely breathtaking. We are extremely happy that we found Sarah to take Lexie’s senior pictures!
