I first met Rozina and Abel during their maternity session at Washington Oaks Park and theyย were amazing. We we’re sweating throughout their entire session but you would have never known it by looking at their photos (which you can see here). Rozina had some of the most beautiful, thick hair I had ever seen and I couldn’t wait to see if their little one would have a full a head of hair when I do her newborn baby photos!
It turns out I was right, baby Milina did! I got to meet her in the studio for her newborn session and she was the most precious little human with soft round cheeks, big brown eyes and the cutest pout. I may have fallen in love just a little bit. Both Rozina and Abel are originally from Ethiopiaย but somehow managed to meet halfway around the world in Washington D.C. ย Now theyโre here in Jacksonville but many of their family members still reside in their home country. However, Rozina’s mom came all the way to the US to be here for the birth of her granddaughter and even got to come for her newborn baby photos. She was so excited and even got to get one of her own photos taken with her new granddaughter. She decided to stay for the entire session and had some really great questions for me.
The blue floral wrap in Milina’s newborn photos was brought to the session by Rozina and actually gifted to me after the session. I swear I have the sweetest clients.
In addition to the fun wrap, I also got to break out some of my newest newborn outfits. Milina was such a good baby posed so sweetly for me. Plus, how adorable does she look in those lace pants?!
Congratulations Rozina and Abel (and grandma!), Milina is absolutely perfect.
