Gracie is a 2018 senior at Glynn Academy just over the state line in Brunswick, Georgia. I actually used to work with her mom, Liz, and was thrilled that she chose to go with me for Gracie’s senior pictures. I was hoping she pressured her to 😉 … but, Gracie was given the option of a few different photographers, so I’m even more thankful she chose me too! They decided to go with one of my glamorous senior packages that included hair and makeup services before the Senior session. So our session began here in Jax at the Drybar Jacksonville and makeup was done by the super talented artist, Kaitlin Francois Makeup Boss.

Gracie is a gorgeous girl without makeup and Kaitlin did a great job highlighting her natural beauty. Fun fact: While shooting Gracie, I kept wondering who she resembled… I decided that Gracie looks a LOT like Jennifer Aniston and had to tell her so. It turns out, she actually gets that a lot. You see the resemblance, right?

Once hair and makeup were done we found ourselves running all over Jacksonville to hit up some of my favorite scenery. Gracie was slaying her session – seriously, just look at those eyes. They draw me into every photo! We eventually decided to head over to one of my favorite places, boneyard beach. It’s a view that can’t be beat and of course she did amazing. Her outfits were perfect for the beachy vibe too. On our way back we were actually driving down the side of the road and quickly pulled over because we saw this really cool greenery overhang on the sidewalk. So we quickly took a few photographs and I’m so glad we did because the shot below of Gracie peeking out from the leaves is one of their favorite senior pictures.

Honestly, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spotted a great location as we were driving and had my clients hop out of the car for a quick stop. Without fail, that photo almost always ends up being a favorite so it shouldn’t surprise me but it still does.

Liz, thank you for choosing me to show the world just how gorgeous Gracie is 🙂 Gracie, you are beautiful inside and out! Now, go rock your senior year, and get ready to kill it in college!
