I love maternity sessions. When I first heard from Jacqueline about setting up a maternity session she said, “This baby is a miracle, and we want to document this pregnancy in a special way!” When she first stepped out of the car, she was just glowing. Babies are a gift, and both she and her husband, Benjamin, were just glowing the entire session. We had so much fun at the beautiful Alpine Groves Park. First of all, hot and humid was the best way to describe the weather. But, that didn’t stop us from laughing and taking such emotional pictures. Baby Stella is due to be here at the end of July. Even after only spending a short time with Jacqueline and Benjamin, she is already so loved. When we were done with the session, I didn’t think there was going to be a visible sunset. But, as I drove about two miles from the park, I called Jacqueline and said, “Turn around! We HAVE to get sunset pictures on the dock!” Yes, my OCD stepped in. Yes, I always try to go above and beyond with my clients because I love getting amazing shots! I’m sure glad we did. The sunset was gorgeous, and we got some of my favorite pictures ever. Baby Stella, you are one special baby girl, and I can’t wait to meet your sweet face. Thank you Jacqueline and Benjamin for choosing me to help welcome her 🙂
